GROUP & EXCLUSIVE USE BOOKINGS: 

Mornacott is the perfect destination for groups of friends or families looking to celebrate a special occasion together. Set amidst the picturesque Devon hills, Mornacott Farmhouse and the three cottages offer comfortable arrangements for groups of all sizes.  

The Farmhouse can be booked in conjunction with any one of the cottages, for a total capacity of 23, as the Farmhouse’s bespoke crafted indoor and outdoor dining tables can both seat up to 24.  

For groups of between 12 and 20 people, flexible combinations of the cottages can also be booked together. As each cottage only has dining space capacity for its own occupants, an additional dining room in the Shoot Room (seating up to 20 people) can be booked to supplement your group’s stay, should you wish.  

If you wish to discuss exclusive use of the Farmhouse and all cottages, sleeping a total of 35 people, please contact us to discuss. We would love to tailor your gathering to make it truly extraordinary. 

YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE: 

For guests seeking adventure, there are walking trails to explore across the estate and we can arrange for you to enjoy a wildlife safari or guided nature walk during your stay. Mornacott also has its own swimming pool and sauna. These, and all the accommodation, are heated by our biomass boiler, powered by non-native timber felled on the estate to make way for native deciduous broadleaf woodland. 

The dramatic landscape of Exmoor and North Devon’s spectacular beaches are within a short drive, providing plentiful opportunities for outdoor adventure of all kinds. Closer to home, Mornacott has both a games room and a sports field for guests’ use.  

Across the estate, we are engaged in landscape regeneration to enhance biodiversity. Simply by spending time outdoors here at Mornacott, you should be able to see and hear our progress, as increasingly more wildlife creates a home on the land.
