A lovely house in a beautiful location. A very well run organisation and we would recommend not only their own meat products but the chef cooking for you which was beautifully done. The night safari was also very well organised.

Orchard Cottage is a lovely property, fantastic interior and very clean. It's well equipped and an excellent size for 7 people, 4 of which were very busy children. Nice and quiet with lovely views especially the buzzards and wild deer, I would recommend highly.

Barn Cottage is a lovely cottage, felt like a home away from home with quality comfortable furnishings and everything you needed on hand. The farm and surrounding area is beautiful with plenty of lovely walks. The owners were incredibly friendly and provide warm welcoming touches in the cottage as well as fabulous farm meat to buy if you want it. Definitely a perfect rural escape from it all retreat, no matter what the weather.

Orchard Cottage at Mornacott is an absolutely stunning holiday cottage. The interior is finished to an extremely high standard and is luxurious and spacious throughout. The estate boasts truly beautiful scenery and the location is perfect for all of North Devon's main attractions. We will most definitely be staying here again!

Wow! So often these cottages look lovely on the website and then fail to live up to expectations. Barn cottage was perfect in every way. We had planned on using the cottage as base for exploring the beaches and other local attractions but ended up spending half of our time on the farm. William, the owners’ young son, took the children to collect eggs and feed the ducks and pigs and they loved the night safari with the hugely engaging Charles. The river and lakes are beautiful and we plan to come back next year, complete with fishing gear, for another stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Barn Cottage, its rural location is perfect for peace and quiet and yet all of North Devon, including some stunning beaches, is easy to reach. The property itself is beautifully furnished and has a comfortable homely feel.

We had a terrific week at Mornacott. The children loved staying at the farm. They fell in love with the owner's Jack Russell called Patch - now they want a dog ! The walks from the farm were all excellent. Well marked maps with easy to follow instructions, and beautiful North Devon countryside. Really well equipped kitchen, and overall great accommodation. I cannot think of anything that you could add that hadn't been thought of! We would definitely go back.

The cottage was beautifully presented. The oak framed building was to a very high standard with all bedrooms being en suite. The under floor heating meant that although our stay was in February and it was very cold we were always very warm. The furnishings were most comfortable and the soft furnishings complemented the oak timbers beautifully. We were welcomed with flowers, a delicious cake and milk and eggs in the fridge. The property had plenty of outdoor seating and even a BBQ, although it was too cold to try these out. The open plan living space was large and well set out. Overall a beautiful cottage which could not be faulted and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic winter weekend at Orchard Cottage - it is warm and cosy whilst feeling spacious and luxurious. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be very well equipped (bar a ladle!!) and the bedrooms are very comfortable with great showers. The views are gorgeous and the owners booklet including walks from the property very comprehensive. This house exceeds expectations at every turn and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Even the presence of Patch, the spectacularly sweet and friendly, farm Jack Russell, who moved in, enhanced our time here. Wonderful-we never go back as there are so many amazing places to visit, but we will be doing so this time...!

Orchard Cottage exceeded our expectations and was an idyllic retreat and relaxing experience. Set in picturesque landscape, the cottage itself is built to very high specifications and every little detail has been attended to by the owners. A great place to stay, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, lashings of hot water even with 8 of us staying. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with friends or family this is an ideal location with some lovely walks nearby. I would recommend a BBQ pack whatever the weather as they are delicious!

The night time safari was a memorable time for all the family and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The outdoor space was perfectly neat and tidy with a great football area. The BBQ pack included delicious steaks and very good burgers and sausages. The pool was excellent, super clean area and great selection of toys. The walks were very good and we tried most routes. Lovely pool. We loved the variety of things on offer for every visitor. The availability of meat packs and ready meals is also a great idea.

We received a very friendly and warm welcome. Lovely pool, very big, really clean and accessible. Excellent walking. Loved the egg collection for our toddler. The flowers and cake on arrival were absolutely gorgeous. Loved the views, sounds of farm animals and quietness of surrounding area.
